Privacy Policy

ACFFG LLC ("we," "us," or "our") publishes the mobile app Easy Sudoku :-) (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Easy Sudoku :-) does not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or other direct personal information through the App itself.

We and our third-party service providers may automatically collect:

• Device information — device model, operating system version, language, and time zone
• Identifiers — advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice), and vendor-level app identifiers
• Usage and gameplay data — features used, session length, puzzle difficulty selected, and in-app interactions
• Diagnostic data — crash logs and performance data used to fix bugs
• Approximate location — derived from IP address, used only for regional ad relevance and legal compliance (e.g., detecting GDPR/CCPA-region users)

2. In-App Purchases

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, those transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details — Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction data.

3. Advertising & Analytics Partners

The App is supported by in-app advertising and uses third-party SDKs to serve ads, mediate ad networks, and measure app performance. These partners may include providers such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and Meta Audience Network. These partners may collect and use device identifiers and usage data, subject to your consent choices, to serve ads and measure their effectiveness.

4. App Tracking Transparency & Your Ad Choices

On iOS, the App will request your permission before using your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking, in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can change this choice at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

5. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the App
• To serve and personalize advertising
• To diagnose technical issues and prevent fraud or abuse
• To understand aggregate usage trends across the App

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with the advertising, analytics, and infrastructure providers described above, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy, and where required by law (e.g., in response to a valid legal request).

7. Children's Privacy

Easy Sudoku :-) is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

EU/UK/EEA users (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (which, for mobile apps, generally refers to the advertising identifiers described in Section 3).

9. Data Retention & Security

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed by service providers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
